The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety in accordance with industry regulations and company policies. This role involves performing case audits on finished products, verifying Certificates of Analysis (COAs), conducting ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) and APC (Aerobic Plate Count) testing, as well as swabbing for Listeria, Salmonella, and coliform bacteria. The analyst will also execute mock recalls to test the effectiveness of recall procedures and ensure compliance with SQF standards.
