The Coil Winder role is a heavy assembly position that focuses on the assembly of our coil windings. In this position you would train to set up and wind medium and large power 1 and 2 wire disc windings, multiple disc windings from 1 to 16 wires, and screw and RV windings.

The core and coil assembler role is a heavy mechanical assembly position that focuses on the internal assembly of our cores. In this role, and employee will work on functions such as top yoking, crimping, and running conduit. An employee in this role must train, develop skills, and demonstrate proficiency in all of the following work center areas: E- Assembly, Core & Coil Assembly, Booster Assembly, Cleat and Leads, and Internal Wiring.

The electrical product assembler role lies within our final assembly department. This role is responsible for making the connection from the internal assembly to the external assembly and adding on any external components (bushings, radiators, etc.). Employees in this role must develop skills in Tank Equipment, Wiring, Conduit, Drop In and Encasement. S/he may be responsible to perform repairs on units, parts, or incoming materials.

Under the general supervision of the VP or Manager of Quality, the Quality Inspector is responsible to insure that parts being produced meet the specifications and standards provided by our customers. Inspectors will perform routine repetitive inspection activities using predetermined and prescribed methods and procedures on products with sample analysis, and documents the quality activities in support of the quality department. The above mentioned activities are required to all company to maintain our ISO 13485 certification.

The Assembler III assembles units for final assembly and shipment to customers. The Assembler receives specific work assignments under limited supervision and resolves most problems with limited supervisory assistance. All work is subject to final inspection and test to insure that the final product meets customer requirements and to control excess labor and material expense. The Assembler is expected to practice and adhere to the Company’s Six Sigma principles.
