Manufacturing Technician – Wire Coiling Forming

‍Key Responsibilities:

· Set up and operate wire coiling and forming equipment.

· Interpret blueprints, work orders, and job specifications.

· Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.

· Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments.

· Document production data and maintain accurate records.

· Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

· Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance as required.

· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

· Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.

· Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools.

· Strong communication and teamwork skills.

· Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
