The Welder operates welding equipment and assist with maintenance needs.
Welds/repairs on stationary equipment.
Repairs shredder, conveyors and other machinery as needed.
May include fabrication duties.
Assists the maintenance department with preventative maintenance and repairs as needed
Other responsibilities as assigned.
High school diploma or GED and technical degree are preferred but not required. Prior stick and wire welding experience required. Welding certification is a plus. Must be able to lift a minimum of 30-50 lbs and 100+lbs on 2-person lift
