Pay Range: DOE up to $20.00
Shift Info: 1st Normail 8am – 4:30pm M-F
Looking for experienced labor maintenance, snow removal and landscaping help. We service commercial and residential accounts. This position is full-time. We offer paid holidays, vacation pay, health insurance, paid mileage, 401(k) and overtime opportunity. Salary commensurate with experience.
Property Maintenance
Madison, WI
Pay Range: $20/hr-$28/hr
Shift Info: 1st Normal 8am – 4:30pm M-F
The Maintenance Technician will report to the Maintenance Team Leader and will work with the property management and operations teams to ensure that the properties managed by company are kept up to applicable standards. Applicants must be customer-service driven and be able to handle the daily challenges associated with the property management industry and maintaining multiple residences.
