We’re looking for a skilled MIG welder to add to our growing team. In this role, it will be your job to create metal projects that match our clients’ specifications. This production process will require you to complete several key tasks. For example, you’ll be asked to read blueprints and to interpret them. You’ll also have to select the right tools for the jobs and determine the proper gas ratios for the MIG welding process. Other tasks that you’ll complete will include measuring and assembling metal pieces, using a variety of cutting tools, and drilling holes, among others. To do well in this role, you will need to be very comfortable with the MIG welding process. You should also be physically strong enough to complete a wide variety of welding tasks. We want to hire a MIG welder who has completed some formal training in the field. You should also have some previous professional experience in a similar role. The Coil Winder role is a heavy assembly position that focuses on the assembly of our coil windings. In this position you would train to set up and wind medium and large power 1 and 2 wire disc windings, multiple disc windings from 1 to 16 wires, and screw and RV windings.

The core and coil assembler role is a heavy mechanical assembly position that focuses on the internal assembly of our cores. In this role, and employee will work on functions such as top yoking, crimping, and running conduit. An employee in this role must train, develop skills, and demonstrate proficiency in all of the following work center areas: E- Assembly, Core & Coil Assembly, Booster Assembly, Cleat and Leads, and Internal Wiring.

This role is responsible for making the connection from the internal assembly to the external assembly and adding on any external components (bushings, radiators, etc.). Employees in this role must develop skills in Tank Equipment, Wiring, Conduit, Drop In and Encasement. S/he may be responsible to perform repairs on units, parts, or incoming materials.
