We are seeking a motivated and experienced Estimator/ Project Coordinator. This role is responsible for managing all phases of a project, from initial bidding through to completion. This role combines analytical estimating skills with comprehensive project management to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required specifications. The Project Manager/Estimator will analyze blueprints, develop detailed cost estimates, prepare bid proposals, and oversee the project's execution to ensure budget and timeline adherence.

Company needs an exacting and energetic Estimator with metal machining and welding manufacturing experience. The Estimator will be responsible for developing accurate and timely cost estimates based on customer RFQs, machining and welding drawings, and supplier inputs either independently or with the support of our engineering team. This role plays a critical part in supporting company growth initiatives through executing the sales process and ensuring competitive, profitable quotes.

The Account Manager plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, orders, and service needs. This position is responsible for managing customer accounts, coordinating with internal departments to fulfill orders accurately and on time, and maintaining clear communication throughout the production process. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service that reflects company's values and standards.

The Estimator will provide accurate and timely cost estimates for digital printing, offset web printing, and mailing services. This full-time role involves analyzing job specifications, calculating material and labor costs, and collaborating with sales, production, and procurement teams. The objective of this position is to ensure profitability, maintain competitive pricing, and support the success of companies print and marketing services.

This role is responsible for coordinating daily project operations of assigned installation teams to ensure projects are completed on-time and on-budget and within quality standards. Plan and direct the daily work for assigned teams.

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales activities. This role requires proactive engagement in lead generation and sales strategy execution to support company goals.
