The Coil Winder role is a heavy assembly position that focuses on the assembly of our coil windings. In this position you would train to set up and wind medium and large power 1 and 2 wire disc windings, multiple disc windings from 1 to 16 wires, and screw and RV windings.

The core and coil assembler role is a heavy mechanical assembly position that focuses on the internal assembly of our cores. In this role, and employee will work on functions such as top yoking, crimping, and running conduit. An employee in this role must train, develop skills, and demonstrate proficiency in all of the following work center areas: E- Assembly, Core & Coil Assembly, Booster Assembly, Cleat and Leads, and Internal Wiring.

The electrical product assembler role lies within our final assembly department. This role is responsible for making the connection from the internal assembly to the external assembly and adding on any external components (bushings, radiators, etc.). Employees in this role must develop skills in Tank Equipment, Wiring, Conduit, Drop In and Encasement. S/he may be responsible to perform repairs on units, parts, or incoming materials.

To proficiently fabricate and weld ferrous and nonferrous materials, sheet, plate and structural steels by using the following machines and equipment § Machine Operator Must develop competency and achieve proficiency in the following operations: Grinder, belt sander, shot blast, vibratory finish, layout, shear, punch, lathe, Machining Center, saw & threading machine, radial drill, and proficiency in operating the Plasma Cutter § Welder Fabrication of Components (externals): Able to work in A setup, B setup, LA Bracket, Small Components, plus Cubicles, Conservators, and Turrets. Fabrication of the Take Cover and Core Clamps

Under the general supervision of the VP or Manager of Quality, the Quality Inspector is responsible to insure that parts being produced meet the specifications and standards provided by our customers. Inspectors will perform routine repetitive inspection activities using predetermined and prescribed methods and procedures on products with sample analysis, and documents the quality activities in support of the quality department. The above mentioned activities are required to all company to maintain our ISO 13485 certification.

Under the general supervision of the Production Supervisor, the Process Technician is responsible for set-up & adjustment operations as per D.O.P.’s & industry accepted standards, set up department equipment and provide work direction, training, and guidance to personnel.

Machining company that specializes in hydraulic components and engineered parts for the OEM industry is seeking Vice President of Operations to lead development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans to ensure our continued growth and development while delivering positive financial results. This person will lead the group in: overseeing quoting process, production meetings, point for customers to contact, APQP activity, projecting and monitoring monthly sales, safety audits, standard cost evaluations, attending office meetings, justifying cost on equipment and justify to owners, and personnel decisions.

The Assembler III assembles units for final assembly and shipment to customers. The Assembler receives specific work assignments under limited supervision and resolves most problems with limited supervisory assistance. All work is subject to final inspection and test to insure that the final product meets customer requirements and to control excess labor and material expense. The Assembler is expected to practice and adhere to the Company’s Six Sigma principles.

Assembles structural sections on products by aligning, fitting, tacking and welding, assembles mechanical units. Loads and secures heavy machinery and equipment to car for shipment, welds angles to cars or parts, bolts or any other type hold downs for loading.

Operates Gear Shapers (Gleason / Fellows), CNC Live Spindle Vertical Turning Centers (FIVES formerly G&L), performing all machining operations on these machine tools.

Directs and helps set up and operates a CNC controlled boring, milling and drilling machine; performing all machining operations possible on this machine tool.

Trouble shoots and repairs CNC machines and equipment.

Performs manual and mechanized welding using various weld processes on various size weldments.

Experience with hand tools, power tools and basic knowledge of welding and electrical repairs helpful. Crane and heavy equipment experience a plus. Individual must be initiative-taking and exhibit excellent communication skills.

We are looking for a CNC Machine Programmer to work full time on 1st shift. Job duties include programming of CNC lathes, vertical, and horizontal machining centers, new part start up, prove out, tooling selection, and process improvement. 2 years programming experience using Surfcam software (preferred). Working knowledge of machining centers, lathes, speeds, feeds and tooling required. Must have a good mechanical aptitude and be able to work independently. Salary is dependent on experience.

Welding I-Beam Frame and Fuel Tanks in flat/vertical overhead positions. The sheet metal thickness will range from 10 gauge up to ½ inch. Clamp, hold, tack-weld, grind or bolt component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding

Operate semi-automatic or automatic numerically controlled machine tools and/or CNC machining equipment to perform standard and repetitive sequences of operations where programs are proved and set ups are made by others. These operations employ recognized tooling and procedures where tolerances are close but not difficult to maintain.

A Diesel Mechanic, or Diesel Service Technician, inspects, diagnoses and repairs diesel-powered vehicles and machines, like trucks, forklifts and trailers. Their main duties include running diagnostic tests on vehicles, replacing the vehicles’ engine, transmission, steering mechanism or braking system and test driving the vehicle to determine if they properly fixed the maintenance issue.
