The Combustion Technician provides critical field service and technical support for combustion systems, including installation, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair. Working under the guidance of the Combustion Team Lead and Service Manager, this role supports the delivery of high-quality combustion solutions for customers in various industrial settings. Technicians must be able to assess and resolve combustion issues on-site and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

The Electric Distribution Designer I position is responsible for directing, coordinating, and exercising functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of electric distribution installation projects for Electric Utility Companies within Wisconsin.

Perform radiographic inspection including selection of appropriate techniques, positioning of materials, etc. to inspect castings and welds. Perform procedures to process and analyze film and/or digital radiographic images. Interpretation of results to determine whether parts pass or fail inspection based on knowledge of codes, standards and customer specifications. Review new customer orders with Engineering to determine proper processing through NDT operations.

The Sr. Director of Product Management is responsible for establishing and leading company-wide product management function. This role will consolidate fragmented responsibilities across departments and ensure company owns its product destiny—defining roadmaps, pricing strategies, lifecycle management, and supplier/manufacturer transitions.  A key near-term priority is transitioning and relaunching one of companies core solutions through U.S.-based contract manufacturing.

Field-based troubleshooting, repair, and support of hydraulic systems including pumps and valves in industrial equipment such as presses and extrusion systems.

Demonstrate basic knowledge of UL 508A and 698A standards and requirements. Review shop orders and engineering drawings for issues and proper components. Identify potential assembly & wiring issues and propose possible solutions.
