Full-time employees are eligible after 90 consecutive calendar days of employment. You'll earn eight hours of pay for the day, so long as you complete the scheduled working day prior and the working day after the holiday. Holiday pay is not prorated upon termination or layoff.

Employees who work at least one year of consecutive employment with Argus Technical Services become eligible for paid vacation time. This vacation can only be taken in full day or weekly increments, and is not prorated upon termination or layoff.
One week vacation is available after one year of employment, and after 2080 hours during any two year period
Two weeks paid vacation is available after three years of employment, and after 6240 hours during any four year period.
Any current or past Argus Technical Services placement referring a person or people to us will be eligible for a gift card/certificate for each employee referred. Argus Technical Services must be notified that it is a referral prior to the employee starting their next position. The referred person must work for a minimum of 480 hours prior to eligibility.
