Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations Management:
o Oversee and assist in the daily operations of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Inventory.
o Prepare and review daily cash sheets, monitoring cash flow and requirements.
2. Financial Reporting:
o Assist in the preparation of financial statements for multiple related entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
o Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly to maintain financial integrity.
o Support annual audits by coordinating documentation and responding to auditor inquiries
3. Payroll Processing:
o Process and oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
o Address and resolve payroll-related discrepancies or inquiries in a timely manner.
4. Leadership and Collaboration:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve accounting-related issues.
o Provide guidance to team members, promoting a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
· Experience:
o [5-7] years of accounting experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
o Prior HR experience preferred, especially with payroll processing and compliance.
· Skills:
o Strong understanding of accounting principles (e.g., GAAP).
o Proficiency in accounting ERP software, and Microsoft Excel.
o Experience managing accounting for multiple related entities with separate financial statements.
o Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Working Conditions
· Full-time, on-site position.
· Occasional extended hours may be required during audits or reporting periods.
