Accounts Payable and Admin ark
Handling receptionist duties as well as the accounts payable functions.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable Duties:
• Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and obtain necessary approvals.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor records, including W-9 forms and payment terms.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and resolve any issues.
Receptionist Duties:
• Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service.
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area.
Office Administration Duties:
• Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
• Handle data entry, and general administrative tasks.
• Support Operations or other departments as needed.
Experience and Education
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 1 or more years of experience in accounts payable, office administration, or reception.
Skills Required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with accounting software and CANVA.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
