Auto Cell Operator- 1st shift snn
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
· Responsible for all aspects to start-up and run automated die casting cells: (Yaskawa robots, vision system inspection, ladlers, furnaces, and clean and maintain dies)
· Monitor cells for part quality and troubleshooting casting defects
· Responsible for furnace filling and operation
· Material handling for auto cells
· Trim press operation for auto cells
· Setup help with change overs
· Fill in where needed (die casting, trim, finishing, inspection)
A successful candidate should have some prior manufacturing experience in a factory environment. Die casting or foundry experience a plus but not required. You will be standing, lifting, and working in varying temperatures. Attention to quality and following work instructions is very important. The candidate must be willing to learn, follow the directions of a supervisor, and work cooperatively with other team members. A positive attitude and regular and punctual attendance is required.
