Brake Press Operator - 2nd and 3rd Shift act
Job Responsibilities

Safety First - Ensure all tasks are performed with a strong emphasis on responsibility and safety.
Bending Wizardry - Set up forming dies and operate brake press (Cincinnati) and tooling according to standards.
Machine Mastery - Install, align, and secure specified punches, dies, cutting blades, and other fixtures in machine rams or beds.
Upholding Quality Standards - Produce metal work pieces that meet quality and efficiency standards. Measure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications using micrometers, calipers, gauges, templates, and rulers.
Embrace Variety - Complete required paperwork and other assigned tasks.
Keeping it Clean - Perform all necessary housekeeping tasks.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
At least two years of brake press experience.
Excellent blueprint reading skills.
Ability to choose appropriate dies.
Experience with a 175 or 350 brake is preferred.
Heavy manufacturing experience is a plus.
Must be available to consistently work scheduled shifts.

Physical Requirements
Ability to move or transfer products using an overhead crane and forklift.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when required.
Regularly required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
Specific vision abilities needed for this position include up-close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
