CNC Programmer act
Full-time CNC Set-Up/Operator on 1st shift.
Some of the position’s responsibilities include:
· Review schedule to determine When and Where to set-up jobs.
· Reads & understand blueprints & tolerances.
· Replace worn tools.
· Adhere to quality assurance procedures and processes.
· Check parts with measuring devices such as, but not limited to, micrometers and calipers.
· Set and adjust offsets when necessary.
· Evaluate product quality, make adjustments as needed, to make parts to specifications.
· Adhere to safety policies, procedures, rules.
· Set-up and operate other secondary operations, as needed.
Requires:
· Working knowledge of Fanuc Controls (understand machining center software and program languages).
· CNC-related education/experience, on-the-job or school; or both.
