Key Responsibilities:

Make G-Code edits as required to ensure accurate part production.

Perform your own quality checks to maintain production excellence.

Change out tooling to accommodate various production runs, which typically range from 20 to 50 parts.

Serve as a role model and mentor for the CNC team, with the opportunity to take on a leadership role in a short period.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in CNC machining, with the ability to edit G-Code.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on quality assurance.

Experience with tooling changes and running mid-sized production batches.

Leadership capabilities or a desire to mentor and guide others on the team.
