Customer Service Specialist jnf
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with customers by phone, fax, and email as directed by Director of Sales
2. Enter customer orders and attach customer original documents
3. Coordinate customer order process with internal departments, including Purchasing, Accounting,
and Shipping/Receiving.
4. Expedite and track open orders and shipments.
5. Send periodic open order reports to select customers
6. Coordinate shipments, consolidate as necessary.
7. Use critical thinking and advanced problem solving capabilities to coordinate resolution of
customer issues regarding product, pricing, lead-times, or quality.
8. Obtain as necessary, end use and end user information from customers for export license
requirements.
9. Complete relevant customer service tasks assigned by supervisor
10. Review customer ship date
11. Enter Sales quotes
Requirements:
1. Positive attitude and attention to detail.
2. Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written.
3. Highly motivated, energetic, and success oriented.
4. Courteous, tactful, and possess excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
5. Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
6. Proficient in Windows environment, including Microsoft Word, Excel.
7. Bachelor's degree and/or 1-3 years related experience preferred..

• Pentagon Basics
• Export & ITAR compliance
• Aerospace Industry Quality Training (Which includes QMS training, FAA 00 56, Traceability, 8130-3
documents, PAH’s , ESD, Suspected unapproved Parts, Shelf Life/LLP’s, AD’s, ATA Spec 300, PMA
Parts, Direct Ship Authority, Repair Stations and Standard Terminology.
• 90 Day Probation OJT (Includes, Return Material Authorization (RMA), Adding Vendors, Purchase
Order Creation, Approved Suppliers.
