Duties include but are not limited to the following:
· Work Instructions integration
· Process control and data collection
· Alloy designation and optimization
· Customer engineering print collaboration
· Data optimization
· Tooling files digitization
· Process flow analysis
A successful candidate should be a current student at a technical college or equivalent, plus have the drive to want to learn about die casting and modern manufacturing processes. Prior shop experience not required. Candidate must have CAD experience. You will be working in varying temperatures in a foundry environment. Attention to details and excellent communication are critical to success. The candidate must be willing to learn, follow the directions of a supervisor, and work cooperatively with other team members. A positive attitude and regular and punctual attendance is required.
