Die Cast Process Technician ark
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
· Start-up, operate, and monitor die casting machines, related equipment and automation.
· Ensure processes are running efficiently, safely, and within quality standards.
· Adjust process parameters, automation, to optimize quality and performance.
· Inspect and verify the quality of die cast parts produced, ensuring they meet quality standards.
· Document and track process changes to ensure repeatability of the process.
· Troubleshoot processes, identify quality issues, and implement as well as document the needed adjustments.
· Work to facilitate production goals
A successful candidate will have prior die cast process experience. Die casting and familiarity with automation and robotics(Yaskawa) is a plus. You will be standing, lifting, and working in varying temperatures. Attention to detail and working safely is very important. The candidate must be willing to learn, follow the directions of a supervisor, and work cooperatively with other team members. A positive attitude and regular and punctual attendance is required.
