ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
1. Review specifications and bills of material. Check contents of kit and prepare short list if necessary.
2. Plan and perform wiring, terminals, attachments and connections.
3. Attach, connect and assemble hosing and perform water test to insure compliance with specifications.
4. Assemble, attach and route pneumatic and hydraulic components and associated hosing.
5. Adjust, modify, and fabricate parts and assemblies as required to make equipment functional to customer specifications.
6. Layout, assemble and attach system for customer inspection, factory interconnection, or final test.
7. Perform final clean – up in system in preparation for use or shipment.
8. Do skilled fitting of parts, sub assemblies and related units.
9. Do aligning, adjusting and required secondary machining.
10. Requires occasional off-site service calls.
11. Follow all clean – up and housekeeping procedures.
12. Comply with all safety regulations.

Education and/or Experience
Requires education generally equivalent to a high school diploma. Certified fork lift license. 1 – 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, interpret and work form drawings, bills’ of material and specifications. Ability to speak effectively in one-on-one situations with other employees in the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Must be able to perform metric conversions.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations.
Other Qualifications Ability to operate various hand and power tools.

The incumbent will regularly stand, sit, talk and listen and will frequently use hands to finger, handle or touch. This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Specific vision requirements for this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
