-Measure, cut and reinforce materials to ensure durability and compliance with load capacities.

-Assist quality control and product testing when necessary.

-Fabricate, sew and assemble nylon lifting and rigging straps/slings according to specifications.

- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet industry standards and safety requirements.

-Operate Sewing machines and other fabrication tools.

-Experience in sling/strap fabrication, sewing, or rigging is highly preferred.

-Inspection experience in rigging products is beneficial.

-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication specifications.

-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

-Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
