Qualifications:
* A bachelor's degree or higher
* Experience in human resources and/or recruitment
Roles and Responsibilities Include:
* Conducting Interviews
* Leading recruitment and advertising efforts
* Attending & coordinating conferences/job fairs/local partners
* Participate in industry committees
* Lead onboarding procedures & documentation
* Tracking employee training certifications
Work closely with the HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR on:
* All Hires & Terminations
* All EEO documentation
Optional but preferred qualifications:
* Spanish speaking (conversational and/or business)
* Basic payroll functions pertaining to HR benefits
