In this role, you will focus on selling advanced automation technologies and solutions to industrial businesses, helping them improve operational efficiency, quality, and performance. Will work closely with the engineering teams, develop strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for the industrial automation products and services.
-Work with potential clients to assess their needs, provide customized automation solutions, and present detailed product demonstrations and proposals.
-Stay up to date on the latest industrial automation technologies, products, and industry regulations to effectively communicate product benefits to potential clients.
-Manage and nurture existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, repeat business, and service renewals.
-Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the industrial automation sector. Establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in industries such as manufacturing, oil and gas, food and beverage, automotive, and more
-Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred. Technical knowledge in automation is a significant advantage.
-3 to 5 years' experience selling complex technical solutions to industrial clients.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, with expertise in solution-based selling. Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship building skills.
-Familiarity with industrial automation technologies (PLC, SCADA, robotics, control systems, sensors, etc.)
-Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions in an easily understandable manner.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customers needs and offer solutions that provide value.
-Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
