Lean Coordinator ahh

Your responsibilities

Training, coaching and mentoring shop floor employees on lean management and operational excellence.

Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the production system.

Supporting the development of shop floor KPI’s and performance management.

Support of 5S, PDCA, visual management and information digitalization efforts.

Your background

High school diploma required. Technical 2-year education and/or trade-specific certifications (Lean Six Sigma, Project Management) preferred.

Experience as a lean practitioner and/or change agent in manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, cost and inventory improvements.

Experience with data analytics and Microsoft Office 365 Suite required. Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate experience is beneficial.

Experience working with cross-functional teams utilizing informal, servant leadership skills and emotional intelligence.
