1. Degreed Mechanical Engineer/Mining background

2. Skilled in Solid Works background/ GA’s/BOM’s/Test Fracture & Stress Points

3. Detail oriented, strong team collaboration skills

4. Metallurgy background

5. Hydraulics background (Helpful)

6. Electrical background/ VFD’s, various electrics foreign and domestic. (Helpful)

7. Gear box experience, torques, sizing & capabilities. (Helpful)

8. Willing to work amongst a small group & check over each other’s work before release.

9. Help aid in the design of heavy equipment in the mining environment.

10. Systems, final documentation, manuals,

11. Have good communication between engineers/draftsman and the machine shop.

12. Always be looking for better technology & new design.

13. This individual will work from the desk 70-80% of the time doing solid models, GA’s, design, piece

parts, assisting with P&ID’s, and managing 2-3 team members. 5-10% possible travel, 10% working

with sales/project management.
