Office Manager ajc
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Managing company calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, handling incoming calls and emails.
· Organizing various company events.
· Coordinating travel arrangements.
· Processing mail and packages.
· Maintaining office supplies inventory, ordering equipment, managing vendor relationships,
· Overseeing facility maintenance and repairs.
· Greeting visitors, directing them to appropriate personnel, coordinating customer visits, managing the reception area, and overseeing the tidiness of both buildings.
· Provide support to HR with employee onboardings and assist various Executives with the completion of expense reports.
· Maintaining accurate and organized filing systems, both physical and electronic.
Requirements:
· Strong organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain detailed records.
· Excellent communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication to interact with staff, clients, and vendors.
· Problem-solving skills: Identifying issues, analyzing situations, and finding effective solutions.
· Technical proficiency: Familiarity with office software like Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, and project management tools.
· Attention to detail: Ability to thoroughly review documents and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
· Ability to work independently: Being capable of completing tasks and achieving goals without constant supervision or assistance from others, demonstrating self-motivation, organization, and taking responsibility for one’s own work.
· Time Management: Effectively planning and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
