Details:

This is very confidential search, they are looking to replace the person in the role now (although they will not be leaving the company)

In charge of the entire shop- CNC machine shop (CNC, Saws, Grinders)

Manages 1 Machining manager and everyone else are direct reports (other production areas, s/r, quality, maintenance, and facilities.

Need someone very hands on and people focused, being a smaller company everyone must be able to help out when needed.

Needs to be strategic, manage through data: KPI’s, Lean manufacturing, using ERP system

Must understand quality but does not need to do the quality work (they have 1 quality specialist on staff) managing ISO 9000 process, process improvement
