ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Strong understanding of manufacturing blueprints
• Day-to-day inspection of fabricated parts to print specifications.
• Use of measurement tools. Including, but not limited to: tape measure, calipers, Faro Arm,
• height gauge, pin gauges
• Communicate clearly and effectively to stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Perform quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to established
• protocols
• Provide training and support for staff on quality assurance practices and promote a culture of
• continuous improvement.
• Oversee ISO audits
• Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 3 – 5 Years of quality experience, inspection and administrative.
• Degreed Mechanical Engineer or relevant equivalent experience.
• Familiar with AWS and AMSE welding code knowledge.
• High attention to detail – supporting Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Blueprint reading, including GD&T
• Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification a plus
• Must have experience working within a team-based environment – and exhibit good
• communication skills.
