Essential Duties
You will be traveling and making Customer/Client Visits on a regular schedule
Research in SPS on your clients, status so you are prepared to answer and questions they may have on quotes/job status ect. Email your clients a week before your visit so they are prepared for your visit.
Develop routes for client visits and put together a list of what is going to be discussed at each visit (work with the sales team on this) ensuring your visit is impactful.
After sales visit enter notes into SPS and follow up with any open comments from the customers and communicate with fellow team members.
Update SPS with Client information
Troubleshoot what the customers and clients need and advise/educate them to ensure all needs are being met. Travel to jobsites with customers/vendors for resolution on any issues.
Maintain the Dealer Portal
Stock Showroom and Displays with samples & literature
Complete sample and display requests from Dealers
Screen new potential clients to work with MTS
Direct Walk-in Customers to nearest Dealers
Take Customer Service Requests that are emailed to MTS
Send out Blow Out Sale for Granite & Quartz
Create sales literature (paper brochures, power points, video ect. )
Create Power Points for Trainings
Product knowledge trainings
Promotions – training Project Managers
Customer Trainings
Attend Customer trade shows
Attend Weekly Sales Meetings
Overnight Trips will be scheduled as necessary
Minimum Qualifications
High School Graduate
Excellent Sales and Leadership Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Well organized and detailed
Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions in a positive and professional manner with the client
Self-starter that can work independently to meet company and personal goals
Ability to work extended hours if necessary
Professionally handle pressure and multi task under deadlines or changes.
