Sales Engineer, FaMe jdd
Purpose and key accountabilities of the position
· Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide FaMe shuttering solutions that meet their requirements
· Attract and acquire new customers for our company for FaMe shuttering solutions
· Promote and sell FaMe Solutions to customers through effective communication, technical presentations, and product demonstrations
· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of FaMe solutions to customers
· Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to maximize sales and profitability
· Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
· Develop and grow FaMe sales, provide new leads to all company solutions within own region
· Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and potential improvements to products and services
Position requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or sales or related field
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, withing a relevant industry
· Solida technical knowledge
· Solution sales experience
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
· Willingness to travel as needed
· Fluent in English skills, fluency in multiple languages is a plus
· Knowledge of the precast industry is a major advantage, basics of concrete technology
· Experience in working in a multicultural environment
