Sales Engineer, Spare & Wear Parts ajc
Purpose and key accountabilities of the position
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to understand their spare and wear parts needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Promote and sell spare and wear parts to customers through effective communication, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Offer parts and other solutions proactively, based on customer understanding and data.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of spare parts to customers.
- Manage and plan spare part warehouse inventories and replenishment and drive profitability improvements within the supply chain.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to maximize sales and profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Develop and grow spare and wear parts sales, provide new leads to all solutions (incl. FaMe, equipment, service etc.) within own region.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and potential improvements to products and services.
Position requirements (education, knowledge)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or sales or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, within a relevant industry
- Solid technical knowledge
- Solution sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Fluent English skills, fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Knowledge of precast industry is a major advantage, basics of concrete technology
- Experience in working in multicultural environment
