Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepares correspondence and reports, some of which may contain confidential information.
2. Edits documents for correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and content.
3. Write and issue quotations
4. Follow up with sales for missing order information and/or sign offs
5. Website ongoing development (work with vendor adding new products)
6. Prioritize, respond to and flag incoming phone calls, e-mail messages.
7. Contact and follow up with appropriate employees.
8. Send requested marketing materials to sales representatives.
9. Send mass e-mails or merge documents.
10. Process e-mails requiring immediate attention in manager's absence.
11. Create power points
12. Organize and maintain computer files.
13. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
14. Completes special projects and other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and two to three years of related experience.
Other Qualifications
Requires the ability to operate various office equipment to include a computer, copier. Requires a familiarity with: Micro soft word, excel, project. Ability to comprehend and compose various documents.
