**NEED TO HAVE AVIONICS/ AEROSPACE EXPERIENCE **
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and execute quarterly visit plans that incorporate target and development customers.
• Produce strategic plans for target customers, incorporating customer details and objectives.
• Develop and grow relationships at target customers, performing cold calls when required.
• Create Pre- and Post-Sales visit reports based on Action Selling principles and structure.
• Pro-actively work with the internal execution team and the customer to successfully close opportunities.
• Acquire and analyze “Voice of Customer” information and share these inputs internally.
• Proactively identify customers whose business is ‘at risk’ and execute an actionable plan to ensure customer retention.
• Acquire competitive intelligence through sales calls and industry knowledge.

Education, Knowledge and Skills
• Required: 5+ years of technical outside sales experience
• Required: Demonstrated ability to effectively apply a disciplined sales process
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience / knowledge
• Preferred: Formal sales and customer relationship management training
• Preferred: Experience working at a small business
• Required: Familiarity with RF & ethernet cable technology, and / or avionics systems, and / or the Aerospace & Defense market
• Required: Professional English verbal & written communication skills

Other Considerations
• Location: This position will ideally be located at The Angelus Corporation’s facility in Waukesha, Wisconsin, but can be located
anywhere in the United States.
• Travel: Up to 70% travel is anticipated.
