Duties and Responsibilities

· Learn company product lines to be able to fulfill customer purchase orders

· Assemble parts and box up for shipment

· Create packing lists and UPS label generation for shipping

· Manage inventory, create Request for Quotes, and order parts

· Receive incoming parts and restock in proper bin locations

· Change out molds and monitor plastic injection machines during production

· Identify any defective items and handle according to company procedures

· Learn and understand pricing structure to quote customers and enter orders into software system

· Keep a clean and tidy workspace

· Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise

Requirements and Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Attention to detail

· Comfortable learning new software

· Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment

· Willingness to learn and to grow with the company

· Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills

Other Details

· 7:00am - 3:30pm; 1/2 hour lunch

· Paid time off

· Simple IRA eligibility with employee match
