Warehouse/Shipping/Receiving jml
SHIPPING:
· Assemble all direct warehouse orders from shipping tickets generated from a Customer Service Representative (CSR), maintaining a copy of the order with assembled parts, until order is ready to be shipped
· Package all shipping orders properly for over the road truck transportation unless otherwise instructed
· Weigh and document all shipping orders as outlined on FBE FORM titled PACKING OF SHIPMENT
· Submit the completed PACKING OF SHIPMENT form to Customer Service on a daily bases in a timely manner
· CSR will then generate all shipping labels & packing slips required for daily shipments
· Place shipping labels & packing correctly on all ORDERS ready to be shipped in a neat and organized manner
· Direct out going freight truck driver up to the CSR counter to pick up outgoing BOL
· Trucks picking up outgoing shipments are NOT TO BE LOADED until the BOL the driver brings down stairs from CSR and is CHECKED against the actual shipments
· Pull and stag warehouse raw materials for FBE Production Orders & FBC Construction Orders
RECEIVING:
· Unload all incoming shipments from trucks maintaining safety procedures
· Determine visually if incoming shipment is damaged or intact. If incoming shipment visually shows damage, notify next immediate supervisor for review. All shippers’ incoming materials must be stamped on shippers BOL with FBE stamp indicating SUBJECT TO COUNT AND INSPECTION
· Tally in and identify all items of incoming materials on FBE TALLY form
· Submit all TALLY forms to CSR
· Place all incoming raw materials carefully into their proper warehouse locations using the FIFO method of inventory
· Maintain an organized, clean and safe warehouse
WAREHOUSE:
· Rotation of inventory, First-In/First-Out (FIFO)
· Organize warehouse to eliminate product damage, returning all un-used materials back to its proper place immediately and not leaving unused items standing in the isles
· Clean warehouse of packaging/pallets/debris, keeping all EXIT areas open
· Maintain storage of all empty propane cylinders in their 2-staging propane cages
