What You’ll Do
Prioritize Safety: Every task you perform will prioritize safety and responsibility.
Interpret Blueprints: Read and understand welding instructions and structural blueprints with accuracy.
Decipher Symbols: Accurately decode welding symbols.
Material Handling: Use forklifts and cranes to move materials safely.
Ensure Quality: Check both the quantity and quality of welded parts.
Welding Expertise: Choose and install the appropriate welding wire and gas blend.
Precision Work: Use a fuel gas hand torch for heat straightening.
Versatile Tasks: Engage in cleaning, assembly, and straightening tasks as needed.
Equipment Setup: Configure and adjust welding equipment for optimal performance.
Diverse Techniques: Participate in various welding methods, including GMAW, Flux, Sub Arc.
Adhere to Standards: Maintain compliance with all quality policies, specifications, and instructions.
What You Bring
At least two (2) years of welding experience.
Can-do attitude & team player
Great attendance
Preferred: High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Experience in heavy manufacturing within a job shop environment.
Physical Requirements
Operate an overhead crane and forklift for product handling.
Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
Stand, walk, and reach comfortably during work.
Have excellent vision capabilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and adaptable focus.
