Working Lead Fabricator act
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily communication with manufacturing leadership team.
Coordinate team resources to complete daily production schedules – by setting priorities and
sequencing to ensure efficient use of labor and equipment resources.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve day-to-day challenges that may come about.
Promptly notify leadership of any production issues or machine down-time.
Collaborate with 1st shift to maintain a smooth workflow – and make
adjustments/recommendations to crewing as required.
Safely operate metal fabrication equipment, including but not limited to: drill press, CNC punch
press, press brake, CNC turret punch, shear
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3 – 5 Years of experience in machine set-up/programming in a metal fabrication or
relevant manufacturing environment
Proficient in reading blueprints, solid math skills and use of measurement tools.
High attention to detail – supporting Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Must have experience working within a team-based environment – and exhibit good
communication skills.
